Description:

• Ÿ   Be the point of contact, collaborating with all stakeholders to achieve project goals,
• Ÿ   Assist product managers to define products in the target markets, involve internal resources and stakeholders to investigate target market needs
• Ÿ   Developing project scopes and objectives, evaluating product development feasibility and ensure flawless execution of projects
• Ÿ   Coordinate both internal and external resources
• Ÿ   Drive, streamline and standardize processes for product customization to achieve long term efficiencies

Qualifications:

• Ÿ   Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in the fields of project management and/or related subjects
• Ÿ   5+ years proven working experience as a project administrator preferably with product development experience
• Ÿ   Critical thinking skills, with emphasis on systematic and logical thinking
• Ÿ   Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Ÿ   Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Ÿ   Excellent and quick learner
• Ÿ   Have a passion for smart consumer electronics and Xiaomi’s product philosophy
• Ÿ   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
